What is your planning process?

For weddings and social events, there is an initial consultation to determine who you are as an individual and who you are as a couple. This helps to determine your style and the look and feel that you’d like to achieve for your wedding or event so that your personality comes through in every detail.

For corporate events, there is a consultation to learn more about your organization, its mission, and the purpose of the event so that your brand comes in the details, your employees and guests are uplifted, and your mission is heard throughout.

If I already have a wedding planner, can I hire you as my designer?

Yes! Some wedding planners choose to just coordinate the weddings. I’m more than willing to team up with your planner to ensure that you have the wedding of your dreams.

What is your design process?

Just like there is an initial consultation to determine your style, brand, mission, and the overall look you’d like your wedding or event to have, there is also a similar design consultation. After the consultation, you’re presented with an inspiration/style board that sums up the consultation, in which you’ll need to sign off on. After that, you’ll receive various proposals that will be necessary to execute your vision and all approximated costs.

How long does it take to receive an inspiration board?

It can take as long as a week but we try to have it completed within 72 hours of the initial consultation.

What if I don’t like the inspiration board?

We want to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with the direction we’re going in for your wedding or event. If you’re not happy, we are able to make revisions and resubmit a second inspiration board.

What’s the fee to plan a full-service wedding?

The price to plan and execute a full-service wedding is customized and based upon the specific needs of each individual bride and wedding. The fee will depend on what services are required and those which may have been previously secured by the couple.

What is the price for design only?

For design only, again, the fee is customized based on which design elements are required as well as the complexity of the design. The fee includes execution but does not include design materials for your wedding or event.

What is your payment policy?

A retainer fee is due at the contract signing, to secure your date. The balance is broken up into three installments, payable over the planning period, with the final payment being due two weeks before your event date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
